E3 2017: FIFA, Battlefront, Need for Speed, Battlefield and more EA announcements

EA announced at E3 2017 several console releases, including its famous sports franchises, Battlefield and a new game that looks like the Prison Break series. At an event on Saturday (June 11), the company showed new editions of titles such as FIFA, NBA and Madden, in addition to the awaited Need for Speed ​​Payback.

But the main highlight, of course, was Star Wars: Battlefront 2. Here are EA’s top EA announcements on E3 2017:

Star Wars Battlefront II

Star Wars Battlefront II promises to be bigger and better than the first in every way, with three times more content, battles scattered throughout the three eras and new characters. And the best: finally a single-player campaign.

FIFA 18

The new FIFA has again highlighted the journey mode with the character Alex Hunter, who struggles to become a successful star in the world of football. As usual, there is also a promise of graphics improvements over the previous game.

Battlefield 1: Name of the Tsar

Name of the Tsar is a DLC for Name of the Tsar which brings 6 new maps, 11 new weapons, new vehicles and a new mode called Drop. EA also promises to release two additional maps between June and July.

Madden NFL 18

The new Madden brings back a robust single-player experience, but with a new cinematic layer in the story that promises to make the game even more engaging. This is the Longshot, the story of a young athlete trying a chance among the pros.

Need for Speed ​​Payback

Need for Speed ​​Payback brings many similarities to Burnout. The new game follows a team of pilots who are being threatened by a dangerous group known as House. No further details of the gameplay are known yet.

A Way Out

From the same creators as Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, 2013, A Way Out is a thrilling and compelling story game with adult storytelling that also shows two characters who need to work together. At the launch, everyone noticed several similarities of the game with the TV series Prison Break.

Anthem

The BioWare, creators of Mass Effect, released with EA Anthem, a mysterious futuristic game will only get more details revealed at the Microsoft event, which takes place today.

NBA Live 18

To contend with the highly praised 2K game, NBA Live 2018 comes with a new mode called The One that will allow players to create a custom player and earn points while playing. Points can update the characters. The new game mode will be available in the preview, which arrives in August.
