T-Mobile US Inc (NYSE:TMUS), U.S fastest growing wireless carrier, and BlackBerry Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY), global vendor, recently joined hands on strategic basis. The business supportive device of Blackberry “BlackBerry Classic” will be available through the platform of T-Mobile with Un-carrier laying the foundation of almost 57 million individual and business customers. This number, 57 million, will be great bonus for BlackBerry.

The new partnership will provide benefit to both parties in proving good for BlackBerry through the retailing of the BlackBerry Classic and bring new life to T-Mobile new Un-carrier initiative for business world. T-Mobile is also offering the nation’s fastest 4G LTE network on the Classic for enticing more business customers which enables U.S business customers the wireless experience they’ve been seeking.

“People who love BlackBerry smartphones and want to use one on America’s fastest nationwide 4G LTE network now have that choice,” said John Legere, president and CEO of T-Mobile. “Bringing BlackBerry into our device line-up now also stokes Un-carrier 9.0, which is all about bringing the Un-carrier revolution to business.”

The new Blackberry Classic is in accordance with the needs of the productive people, the features like physical QWERTY keyboard’s speed and accuracy is appreciated by Business community, further 22 hours of battery life and fast browsing are features which  are well liked across the creative world. The device is equipped with latest BlackBerry 10 operating system.

BlackBerry Classic starts its journey through the platform of T-Mobile on May 13th. It will be available on wireless carrier’s website through May 13th and on May 15th in physical stores. T-Mobile also offers the device on installment basis without any down payment. Users will have to pay monthly installments of $18.33/month for two years. On non-installment basis the device will be available with a price tag of $439.92.

The relationship between BlackBerry and T-Mobile comes through many ups and downs. Back in 2013, T-mobile which up till that time sells Blackberry devices, announced that it would stop the retailing of BlackBerry devices at its stores due to sluggish demands for BlackBerry gadgets. In 2014, Blackberry breaks its relationship with T-Mobile after an email campaign by T-Mobile urging BlackBerry customers to link to iPhones. Now after a halt of almost two years T-Mobile will again start selling the devices of BlackBerry.
