Wal-Mart being one of US largest retailers is opting for cancelling its online deals bonanza by 8 pm EST by this coming Sunday.

According to CEO of Wal-Mart, Madeira , these strategies are opted to bring up business sales into a better form where growing needs of the costumers (the ones having near-constant Web access – thanks to their mobile phone facility) can be met with less complexity. According to her own stated statement:

“Cyber Monday started many, many years ago when our customers waited to get back to work after Black Friday…because the only place that they had access to high-speed Internet was at work.”

As per  Wal-Mart’s keen observation and customers interests, the analysis have come up with an outcome of increasing number of Cyber Monday deals on Sunday till midnight via Wal-Mart’s mobile app and official website. In order to cater these shoppers, an earlier start time has been opted by the retailer.

As per CEO Madeira, there has been a 50 percent increase during evening edition sale since year 2014 over mobile traffic – an analysis that depict many shoppers to be feeling comfortable in purchasing at their home after a hectic day at work.

Adobe data estimates Cyber Monday as biggest online shopping day of the season for customers – more of an enough reason for Wal-Mart to have had moved to quadruple its assortment of deals for that day.

The upcoming events of Black Friday and Thanksgiving are on stronger grounds in terms of expanding online sales this year. All you need is a smartphone as retailers have given you an easy access via their mobile Apps to shop with ease – wherever you are; it doesn’t matter anymore! All that matters is how Wal-Mart is strengthening its bond of reliability with shopaholics.

In contrary to this, other well-known retailers like Best Buy, Target Sears, Macy’s and Toys R Us are also planning to open up their doors on Thanksgiving at 6 pm (as of year 2014) to compete well with Wal-Mart in store sales.
